terms & conditions

Kindly read through this page before booking any of our classes. :)

(It's long but super important!)

Agreeing to the T&C

By booking a class with Eri Kind of Beauty, the client is in agreement with the terms & conditions stated below.

Recommendations

All products, tools and techniques will be recommended to clients based on their needs and concerns, with the intention of improving their makeup/skin. Please note that Eri is not a dermatologist.

Declaration of Skin Sensitivity

Clients are fully responsible for declaring their own skin sensitivity to ingredients and other sources. All products used and recommended can thus be adjusted accordingly. Eri Kind of Beauty will not be held responsible for irritations caused by undeclared skin sensitivities. In the case of an allergic reaction, clients are advised to rinse the area with cool water and stop use immediately.

Questions on Class Content

Products, techniques, theory and other class content-related questions must be brought up during a class session. Eri reserves the right to reject questions related to class content before and after a class session.

E.g:

✅ What will I learn in a 'Honey It's You' Class?

❎ What cleanser do you recommend for my partner's dry skin?

Distribution of Notes & Grocery Lists

All notes and grocery lists used and sent to clients are property of Eri Kind of Beauty. Please do not distribute or print for commercial purposes.

Class Duration

If the duration of a class session exceeds the stipulated time by more than 2 hours, additional class fees will apply at $100 per hour.

Eri Kind of Beauty reserves the right to reject clients if:

- Eri does not have the expertise to help with the client's concerns (medical issue-related skin conditions etc)

- The client is known to, or is suspected to cause danger in any shape or form. (E.g: Amos Yee)

Clients who require help with medical-related skin conditions such as cystic acne, severe eczema or rosacea are advised to visit a doctor instead.
